Refund policy
Due to the digital nature of giveaway entries and related digital products, no refunds, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided for any reason after a purchase has been completed.
By purchasing a giveaway entry or any other digital product offered by Sponsor, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
- All purchases are voluntary and final.
- Giveaway entries have no cash value and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by Sponsor.
- The purchaser has reviewed and accepted all Official Rules, Terms and Conditions, and this Refund Policy prior to completing the purchase.
- The purchaser waives any claim for a refund based solely on a change of mind, misunderstanding of the promotion, inability to participate, or any other non-fraudulent reason.
- The purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal for any validly authorized transaction. Any chargeback or payment dispute determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms may result in disqualification from the giveaway, forfeiture of entries, suspension from future promotions, and pursuit of all available legal remedies.
Sponsor reserves the right to issue refunds at its sole discretion in the event of a verified billing error.
By completing a purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
